We offer nationwide delivery across Kenya. However, we currently do not provide international shipping.
2. Delivery Times
Nairobi & Surrounding Areas
• Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 5:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery and typically arrive within 1 to 3 hours.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be scheduled for next-day delivery.
Other Counties (Outside Nairobi)
• Orders outside Nairobi are delivered within 1 to 2 business days, depending on the location and chosen delivery method.
3. Delivery Fees
• Delivery charges vary based on location, distance, and delivery method.
• The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Order Processing
• Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.
• Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to verify the details and coordinate delivery.

Nairobi & Nearby Areas
• We use our own boda boda (motorbike) riders to ensure fast and safe deliveries.
Deliveries Outside Nairobi
• Customers can choose between:
• Speed AF (Default Option) – Secure parcel delivery service.
• Public Transport Parcels – Customers may opt for delivery via North Rift, Easy Coach, Super Metro, or another preferred courier. Our team will confirm your preferred method before dispatch.
