Return & Refund Eligibility
You may return items within 10 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
Accepted Return Reasons:
✅ Size does not fit as expected? – Eligible for clothing and shoes only (must be unworn and in original packaging).
✅ Wrong item, color, size, or model received? – Eligible for all product categories.
✅ Item arrived defective or damaged? – Eligible for all product categories.
✅ Missing parts or accessories? – Eligible for all product categories.
✅ Packaging was damaged upon arrival? – Eligible for all product categories.
✅ Item appears counterfeit or inauthentic? – Eligible for all product categories.
🚫 Change of Mind – Not Accepted
We do not accept returns if the item was correctly delivered as per your order and met all stated specifications.
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., personal care, undergarments, perishable goods).
❌ Customized or personalized items (e.g., engraved or embroidered products).
❌ Used or worn items (unless defective within the return period).
❌ Items damaged after delivery due to misuse.
How to Return an Item
1. Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included.
3. Ship the item back using our return instructions.
4. Wait for inspection – We will verify the return reason before processing your refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for incorrect, defective, or damaged items.
No Exchanges – Only Refunds
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, kindly place a new order after receiving your refund.
Rejected Returns & Unclaimed Items
If your return is rejected, we will:
1. Attempt two re-deliveries within 7 business days.
2. If unsuccessful, hold the item for 30 days at our pickup location.
3. After 30 days, the item may be donated, resold, or recycled.
